How long will it take my item to ship?


As each item is made by hand the current wait time is: - Instock items: 2-3 business days - Made to order items: 2-3 weeks - Pre-order items: 5-6 weeks approx.




How much is shipping?


Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order amount. All order over $75 ship free in the United States.




What carriers do you use?


US Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Bulk orders or multiple items that need a larger box may be shipped via Fedex or UPS with delivery confirmation. International Shipping is via USPS First Class. Tracking is sent via email and is only guaranteed to the US border. *Not all postal service providers outside the US follow the USPS tracking guidelines. You may request a specific carrier for your item within 24hours after purchase. Additional shipping fees may incur. Please email to inquire on changing your postal carrier.




Where can I find my tracking information?


You will recieve your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. Notice that you receive this once your package is prepared for shipment, it can take up to 24 hours to be fully processed and picked up by the postal service.




Where is my order confirmation?


You should of recieved this after the purchase on the confirmation page. Along with an email to your registered email address. Sometimes order confirmations may apear in your junk mail; make sure to double check and move the email into your regular inbox. This will help reduce the chances of your shipping confirmation email going to junk as well. If you are still having trouble finding this you can email me for help




What if I need to make a return?


I hope you are excited about your new purchase but for any reason you may return all unused items with their original packaging within 10 days of receiving your item. Please email the reason for return and date of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Once the product is received and inspected a full refund will be issued for all unused items minus a 10% for restocking fees. Returns are processed within 4 business days from receiving the product but may take up to 30 days to see in your account. Please note: All custom work is final.




Can I make an exchange?


Yes! All unused items in original packaging within 20 days of receiving your item is acceptable. Please email your reason for the exchange and your confirmation order number. You are responsible for shipping the item back. Once processed and inspected a digital gift card will be sent to you with your original purchase amount applied minus shipping fees.




Will my items be insured or require a signature at delivery?


Your packages will come with $50 insurance applied. To purchase additional insurance or request for 'require a signature for delivery' please contact me with 24 hours of purchase *applicable to US Shipping only Lost/Stolen packages are not the responsibility of DUNOLE.
