Can I cancel or change an order I placed online?


If you need to cancel or change an order once it has been placed please email within 24 hours. Reminder custom orders are final sale and can not be cancelled at any time.




How soon after I order will my item ship?


As each item is made by hand the current wait time is: - Instock items: 2-3 business days - Made to order items: 2-3 weeks - Pre-order items: 5-6 weeks approx.




Can I request a different color thread on my item?


Any made to order items can be adjusted within 36 hours please email me with your additional request. Any instock thread colors can be changed at no extra cost. If you want to request a new thread color there will be an additional fee. Instock items can not be changed as they are already made.




Can I request a bag to be customized?


Yes! On all made to order items. You can request an additional pocket, larger pockets, zippers, strap lengths, & much more. You can request custom work here for pre designed bags available or have something completely new designed for you.




What happens if my bag breaks?


I love these pieces and stand firmly behind the the materials and craftsmanship that are involved in the process of creating them. I strive to exceed your expectations of quality but in the unlikely event you find a problem with the materials or craftsmanship of your product, I will repair or replace your item for the same or similar style depending on what is available. Shipping is covered by me for up to 6 months. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mistreatment, although I will repair your item if possible for a reasonable fee if the materials are available. *This excludes keychains, sample sale items (unless noted in sale), & final sale items.




How do I care for my new bag or wallet?


In General: Leather conditioners should be applied with a soft cloth for cleaning and to also provide good water repellent properties. This will also help maintain the leathers beauty & minimize scratches. For Nubuck and Suede products a 'Protect All' Spray should be applied. When life happens such as dirt & spills wipe off with soft cloth. All pieces will come with their own specific care instructions for you. I need help deciding what leather I want


Essentially many of my Horween leathers will have the same durability and finish. However, I also carry nubucks, and speical hide finishes that may need a little more TLC. A great way to see and feel all the different types of leather I carry is to order a Swatch Kit Here. This will come with a large square sample of each leather color along with a detailed list of products. Another great resource to use for help is the Leather 101 page.




Help! I need a Gift Card


Great! Separate invoices are sent for gift cards so they are loaded into the system. Please email here with the following: -Your Name -Your email for invoice -Name of person receiving gift card -Email of person receiving gift card -Amount -Message A invoice will be sent to your email confirming above information. Once you have paid your gift card invoice a digital gift will be sent to the receiving email of the person you want spoil with this new card.




Why do I see Vacation Mode in the shop?
